When working I like to create a collaborative creative environment. With everyone’s collective input we strive to create compelling images that meet or hopefully exceed expectations. I like to emphasize a stress-free environment on my photoshoots, which means I like to be well prepared, so I always like to have a strong support team to help with any problem solving needs we may have.
I strive to capture a certain life and energy that feels specific to each and every image, whether it is the mood of a person or the organic design of a new product. Each and every situation has its own demands, and every project starts as an improvisation of sorts.
After 10 years as a working photographer, I have experience with lifestyle, advertising, sports and live action, new technology, outdoor recreation and even product photography.
Waking up to the digital sunrise, I am a natural tech junkie, and this is why I like to have the best available gear and technical support when I shoot. Troubleshooting many digital issues over the years has helped me specialize in developing new lighting techniques for in the studio, and establishing successful workflow solutions on location.
Camera in hand since I was seven, thanks to very supporting and photo-enthusiastic parents. Photography seemed like a very natural profession to fall in love with. With the eternal support of family and friends I now know I could not think of doing anything else.
